The hotel room I booked was not as expected as it looked different in the photos than the actual room amenities. However, the room itself was perfect in size, very comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was a bit disappointing that it was supposed to be a smoking room, which they didn't have, making me consider staying somewhere cheaper.
The hotel rooms were nice and roomy, with convenient amenities like a microwave and drawers to place clothing out of the suitcase. However, the lack of a tub in the room was a downside.
The hotel room was oversized for just my wife and me, with a comfortable bed and a brand-new smell to it. I would have preferred a tub in the room instead of the bathroom. The service was friendly and professional, warmly greeting us and providing helpful information about the hotel amenities. The location was convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. The dining experience was disappointing, with limited breakfast options. However, the hotel should improve parking facilities for handicapped guests.
